Ans: I love eating fruits, veggies, and home-cooked meals. I enjoy sweets sometimes but not too much. Drinking water and eating healthy food keeps me strong and happy.
3. Oscar penguin learnt his lesson the hard way. Have you ever followed someone's advice? Write a few lines about it.
Ans: Once, my mom told me not to eat too many chocolates, but I didn't listen. Later, I had a bad stomachache! Now I follow her advice and eat sweets in moderation. Listening to elders helps me stay healthy and happy.
4. What lesson did you learn from the story?
Ans: The story teaches us that eating too much junk food is unhealthy. Just like Oscar, we should enjoy sweets sometimes but also eat nutritious foods and exercise to stay fit and strong.
5. It is your friend's birthday and you have been invited to the birthday party. On reaching your friend's house, you see that the food includes burger, chips and colas. What will you do?
Ans: I'd enjoy a small portion of the treats to celebrate but also look for healthier options like fruits or sandwiches. If only junk food is there, I'd eat just a little and drink water instead of cola. Later, I'd balance it with healthy meals at home.
